Jim was so helpful when my computer went on the blink. I am not real knowledgeable when it comes to computers and he fixed my problem within a day. Jim called me at home to make sure everything was working ok and helped me walk thru how to get everything reset up. I would tell anyone if they have a problem with their computer to call him. He was great!

This has to be the best place to go if you need to have your computer worked on. I went in on a Sunday afternoon, just as he was getting ready to close. That was no problem at all he stayed past closing time to explain what all my computer needed and what he could do for me. Offered to meet me any evening time during the week so I could pick it up, after I had told him that I wasnt able to be back untill Friday to get it. When I picked it up it works better than it has since I bought it.

When I started searching for a place to take my system with a virus problem beyond my control, I came upon 600Monkeys add, and thought why not, but I thought it's going to be expensive as of the location , and they would be way over my limited computer knowledge , I was wrong on both, the charge was very reasonable, I was impressed with the way Jim showed me what was wrong and what he corrected on my system. I'd tell anyone to go here.

Walking into 600monkeys was a different experience. I wasn't hassled by a pushy salesperson, I was instead greeted by a kind man who did not try to pull a fast one and tell me I needed to buy a whole new computer or that I needed some sort of expensive computer update. I was given amazing instructions and my problem was resolved. From now on I will not let myself, or any of my friends, go anywhere else for computer repair. I have never had my computer worked by anyone before I took it in to 600Monkeys, I had no idea what to expect, I could only hope for the best. I think I got just that, the Best. My computer has been working like it was brand new, and it is eight years, opps, nine years old. I have had great response, total control of my apps and it has never worked better! In addition, due to "Operator error" I could not get my computer to recognize my mouse, and being strictly a mouse user, I could not remember the control keys to use for any actions. Jim was gracious enough to come to my home and "fix" it. I discovered that I am too short to reach the plug-in in the back of my computer and it was not properly connected. Jim was able to get the connection plugged in properly and I have a completely working system!! Yea!! Thank you so much!

As you know, I have periodically brought my lap top to you for about 4 years. We have a computer specialist within the company, but I find it is much better to just bring my computer to 600Monkeys. After a bad experience with HP Support Assistance I decided to take my laptop to 600Monkeys. All I can say is "WOW". Jim with 600Monkeys not only fixed my computer problems, he took the time to explain things to me in a way that I actually understood. I am very happy with taking my laptop to 600Monkeys. Jim had it back up and running in 2 days, again "WOW"... 600monkeys was not only quick to resolve my issues, they are very reasonable in their costs. Jim and 600Monkeys has a new customer!!!
